Stefan Stockhaus is the CEO of Steelwrist and he is also one of the founders of the company that celebrates 20 years in business during 2025. He is together with the Steelwrist team driving the global expansion of the company developing, manufacturing and selling products and solutions that increase efficiency of excavators. The core products in the Steelwrist offering are tiltrotators, automatic couplers and work tools. Stefan is also the CEO of the mother company Terratech which besides Steelwrist consists of the sister companies SVAB and Sjörring. The products and solutions offered by the companies in Terratech increases efficiency and productivity to construction equipment owners and operators.

Stefan holds a Master of Science from Uppsala University, Sweden, an MBA from IMD Business school in Lausanne, Switzerland and Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business school, Boston, USA. He launched his professional journey at the Naval Academy, dedicating four years to the submarine division, where he gained valuable experience in high-pressure, mission-critical environments. Before founding Steelwrist together with the company’s CTO Markus Nilsson, Stefan held various leading positions in ABB, including CEO of ABB Automation Systems and ABB Process Industries.
